Join us for our Sourdough Bread Making Class!
Receive hands-on instruction of how to make a sourdough bread loaf.
Learn how to:
Prep sourdough bread from start to finish
Feed your starter (and keep it alive!)
Score your loaf before baking

- 2 Hour hands-on instruction (learn how to prep & bake sourdough bread!)
- Take home recipes & instructions
- Bread-rising banneton
- A take-home jarred starter
- Take home and bake loaf prepared during class.
- Refreshments & sourdough bread during class
- Texting group post-class for additional support
What you need to bring:
Some comfortable shoes & an open mind for learning!
We provide everything you need in class, including notes.
It’s recommended you have a dutch oven at home for baking your bread, but it’s not required.
Additional Information:
Instruction will include after class "homework" of finishing off your loaf at home.
You will place your loaf in the fridge at about 7pm, and bake the next morning around 7am!
Cancellations will only be accepted 7 days before our class.
