Join us for our Sourdough Bread Making Class!
Receive hands-on instruction of how to make a sourdough bread loaf.
What's Included:
- 2 Hour hands-on instruction
- Take home recipes & instructions
- Bread-rising banneton
- A take-home jarred starter
- Take home and bake loaf prepared during class.
- Bread, roasted garlic & olive oil dip tasting during class!
- Texting group post-class for additional support
Additional Information:
- Instruction will include after class "homework" of finishing off your loaf at home.
- You will place your loaf in the fridge at about 8pm.
- Loaves will be ready to bake at home on Sunday at 8am!
- Cancellations will only be accepted 5 days before our class (3/16)
