Level 1 Sourdough Bread class:  learn how to make a loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish.

- Will include how to feed your starter & score your loaf.

- Take home everything you need to successfully make sourdough bread (EXCEPT a dutch oven).

Level 2 Sourdough discard class:  learn how to make recipes from your sourdough discard.

- Learn how to successfully bake 2 recipes:  muffins & cookies

Level 3 Sourdough discard class:  level up & learn how to make new sourdough recipes.

- pizza is on the menu!
