How do we portion out our food?

We portion our food with health and satiety in mind.  We promote blood sugar balance and satisfaction with each meal by including enough protein, and using fresh ingredients.

We use high quality, fresh, and mostly local ingredients for all our meal prep and desserts.  

Meal prep is 100% gluten and dairy free. 

We do have some specialty meals that have different macros. Each meal is individually labeled with nutrition information.

FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES:

All of our meals are free from dairy & gluten.

Nut Allergies: all desserts, oatmeal (almond milk), shepherds pie (almond milk), egg bakes, house made coffee creamer

Sesame: korean beef & Thai turkey stir fry

Avocado: dessert molds are lined with avocado oil, mustard chicken, machaca & eggs, Korean beef, Thai turkey stir fry, taco turkey stir fry, fajitas, and any other stir fry that is sautéed on our grill is sautéed with avocado oil.

Coconut: turkey tortilla soup, chicken curry, white chicken chili, Sundried tomato chicken 

Wheat:  sourdough products, chicken wraps

We greatly reduce the risk of cross contamination by sanitizing in between plating each meal and using new gloves.  We also have specific equipment for sourdough products.
