“How does this work?”
There are two ways to enjoy our delicious food! Pre-order for Monday pick up, or walk in and purchase! We stock our store front daily at:

“How do I place an order?”
Visit theliberationkitchen.com. Click on the items you’d like and add them to cart, then check out! All online pre-orders are available for pick up the following week during normal business hours.
Pre-Orders are due Friday by 8PM for pick up on Monday.
“Do I HAVE to pick up my order on Monday?”
Absolutely not! Once you place an order, it’s prepped and packed on Sunday with your name on it. It can be picked up anytime during normal business hours. We won’t give it away!
“Do I have to preorder? Can I just walk in and buy something?”
No, you don’t have to preorder! You can walk in any time during normal business hours and pick up meals, desserts, cooler drinks, or whatever else we have in stock! But just a friendly reminder, stock is not guaranteed. It’s always best to preorder. Contact us if you’d like to know what’s in stock before heading in. We are super easy to reach on social media, through messaging on our website, or our texting line!
“Are walk ins welcome?”
Yes! We’d love to see you any time (during normal business hours)! Stop on in and see what we have in stock.
“Do you have any dairy or gluten free options?”
Yes, Yes, Yes! All of our meal prep is 100% dairy and gluten free.
Our desserts are dairy & gluten free, except our sourdough products have gluten.
“Do you have any promo codes for my first order?”
Yes, we do! We have multiple affiliated trainers who have their own individual promo codes for customers to use on their first purchase. We suggest visiting our Instagram to check out our affiliated trainers!
If you know you’d like meal prep for a few weeks, we recommend subscribing to our meal prep packages as you will automatically receive a 10% discount!
“Do you have meal prep subscriptions?”
Yes, we do! They are listed as the first purchase option on our home page. The great things about subscriptions are you receive a 10% discount every week, and they are all auto-bill, so you can set it and forget about it!
You can cancel or pause at any time simply by texting our business line. (Must be paused or cancelled at least 3 days before your next billing.)
“Do I have to subscribe to order?”
Not at all! You can place one time orders weekly as well. They can be found below the subscription section on our home page.
“You have a farmers market at your location as well?”
Yes, we do! Our farmers market is ran by Pochteca Produce.
They provide everything you’d find at a farmers market, like:
Fresh produce
Eggs
Local honey
Milk & Raw Milk
& Lots more!
“Do you deliver?”
Yes, we currently deliver every Monday.
