Join us for our Sourdough Bread Making Class!
Receive hands-on instruction of how to make a sourdough bread loaf.
What's Included:
- 2 Hour hands-on instruction (learn how to prep & bake sourdough bread!)
- Take home recipes & instructions
- Bread-rising banneton
- A take-home jarred starter (learn how to feed it!)
- Take home and bake loaf prepared during class.
- Bread, roasted garlic & olive oil dip tasting during class!
- Texting group post-class for additional support
Additional Information:
- Instruction will include after class "homework" of finishing off your loaf at home.
- You will place your loaf in the fridge at about 7pm
- Loaves will be ready to bake at home on Monday at 7am
- Cancellations will only be accepted 7 days before our class (October 19th)
