Join us for our annual Sourdough Bread Making Class!
Receive hands-on instruction of how to make a sourdough bread loaf!
What's Included:
- 2 Hour hands-on instruction
- Take home recipes
- Bread-rising banneton
- Additional jarred starter for future loafs!
- Bread, roasted garlic & olive oil dip tasting
- Take home and bake loaf prepared during class.
- 2-week texting group with Lacey & Alena
Additional Information:
- Instruction will include after class "homework" of finishing off your loaf at home.
- The total process needs an additional 2 hours of on and off "stretching and folding" every 30 minutes, and 5 hours of countertop resting before placing in the fridge overnight (we will go over this in class!)
- Loaves will be ready to bake at home on Sunday at 6am!
- Cancellations will only be accepted 7 days before our class (10/12). Our process of preparing for class starts one week ahead.
