Receive a mini nutrition class.
Receive hands-on instruction of how to prep & plate a delicious meal.
Our class will last 90 minutes.
What's Included:
- 90-minute hands-on instruction
- Plate 4-5 take home meals.
- Take home recipes & instructions.
